- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup cooked ground beef or refried beans (optional)

- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the tortillas: Lay two tortillas flat and sprinkle evenly with cheddar, Monterey Jack, green onions, and spices. Add ground beef or refried beans if desired. Top each with another tortilla to form layers. Press lightly to flatten.
- Bake: Brush the tops with olive oil or cooking spray. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and cheese is melted. Let cool slightly, then cut into triangles.
- Make the dipping sauce: Mix ranch dressing, salsa, and garlic powder in a bowl until well combined. Chill until ready to serve.
Notes
- Add pickled jalapeños or black olives for extra flavor.
