- ½ cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 cup fresh blackberries (mashed or pureed and strained if preferred)
For the topping:
- ½ cup blackberry jam or preserves
- ½ cup fresh blackberries (for garnish)
- optional: mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla. Whip cold cream to stiff peaks. Fold into cream cheese with blackberries. Pour over crust and chill.
- Top and serve: Spread jam on top, garnish with berries and mint. Slice and serve chilled.
