- 1 tablespoon key lime zest (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For topping:
- Whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)
- Lime slices or zest for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of each cup of a muffin tin lined with paper liners. Chill.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, lime juice, zest, and vanilla. Spoon filling over crusts and refrigerate.
- Top and serve: Add whipped cream and lime zest/slice before serving.
