Cream Cheese Mixture:

- 1 tablespoon orange zest

Truffle Filling:
- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafer cookies or golden Oreos
Additional:
- Powdered sugar for rolling (optional)
- Extra melted white chocolate or orange candy melts for drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the melted white chocolate, orange zest, and orange extract (if using) until fully combined.
- Fold in the crushed vanilla wafers until a soft, scoopable dough forms. Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until firm enough to shape.
- Once chilled, scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. If desired, roll the truffles in powdered sugar or drizzle with melted white chocolate or orange candy melts.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to set.
