Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt.
- Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, maple syrup, egg, vanilla, and melted butter.
