- 12 ounces fettuccine or linguine

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1½ tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Garnish:
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- toasted sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Melt Butter: In a large deep skillet or pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Make Sauce: Stir in heavy cream and gochujang until smooth. Add uncooked pasta, simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Add Cheese and Seasonings: Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss until creamy.
