  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar

For the Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, 1 cup peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar until fully combined. Press the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined 9×9-inch or 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon peanut butter together in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter base and spread evenly.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Once set, lift out of the pan using parchment paper and cut into squares.
