- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups chopped peppermint patties, plus extra for garnish
- Chocolate shavings or drizzle for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine crushed cookies with melted butter, press into a pie dish, and chill.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and peppermint extract. Whip cream and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Add peppermint patties and spread into the crust.
- Finish and Chill: Whip remaining cream, spread over the pie, garnish with peppermint patties and chocolate. Chill before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger mint flavor, increase the peppermint extract slightly.
