- ½ cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped pepperoni
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare cheese circles: Place tablespoon-sized mounds of shredded mozzarella onto the sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly into circles.
- Top and bake: Spoon marinara sauce, pepperoni, Parmesan, and toppings onto each circle. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Cool and serve: Remove from oven and cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes to crisp up. Serve warm or at room temperature.
