- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon white pepper

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 small red chili or ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare Tofu: Press tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
- Coat Tofu: Mix cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and white pepper in a bowl. Coat tofu cubes evenly.
- Cook Tofu: Sear tofu in oil until golden and crispy. Set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, sauté garlic, green onions, and chili. Add tofu back and toss.
- Finalize: Cook briefly, adjust seasoning, and serve hot as desired.
