Ground Turkey Skillet:
- 1 pound ground turkey

Instructions
- Heat olive oil: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil.
- Cook ground turkey: Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5 minutes.
- Add vegetables: Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until softened.
- Season: Stir in Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Combine: Add diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
