- 10 cups water

Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and brown sugar. Let sit until foamy. Add salt, melted butter, and flour. Mix and knead until smooth.
- Rise the Dough: Cover and let rise for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
- Boil the Pretzel Bites: Boil water and baking soda. Divide dough, shape into bites, and boil briefly. Place on baking sheets.
- Bake: Brush with egg, sprinkle with salt, and bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
