- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- juice of 1 lime
- chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

- Make the Sauce: Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and chili peppers. Add spices, tomato paste, coconut milk, and simmer with chicken.
