- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Creamy Topping:
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Heat olive oil: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
- Sauté onions and jalapeños: Add the red onion and jalapeños, sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Add garlic and beef: Stir in the garlic, then add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
- Season and add veggies: Season with smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add bell pepper and zucchini, cook until tender.
- Melt cream cheese: Reduce heat, stir in cream cheese until melted and creamy.
- Finish and serve: Mix in feta, lemon juice, garnish with parsley, and optional toppings. Serve hot.
