  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Optional Toppings:

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
  2. Sauté onions and jalapeños: Add the red onion and jalapeños, sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  3. Add garlic and beef: Stir in the garlic, then add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Season and add veggies: Season with smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add bell pepper and zucchini, cook until tender.
  5. Melt cream cheese: Reduce heat, stir in cream cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Finish and serve: Mix in feta, lemon juice, garnish with parsley, and optional toppings. Serve hot.
