Cheese Crisps:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Spinach Dip:
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Form Crisps: Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until edges are golden and crispy. Let cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
- These crisps store well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and re-crisp nicely in an air fryer or oven.
