Cheese Crisps:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Spinach Dip:

  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Form Crisps: Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
  4. Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until edges are golden and crispy. Let cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
