- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
Instructions

- Prepare Gelatin Mixture: Bloom gelatin in water, dissolve in microwave, then stir into strawberry mixture. Let cool.

- Combine: Gently fold cooled strawberry mixture into whipped cream.
- Chill: Spoon mousse into serving glasses and chill for at least 2 hours.
