  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press firmly into the pan and bake for 8–10 minutes.
