Toppings
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (pickled or fresh)
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 avocado (diced or sliced)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Cook Meat: Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
- Assemble Nachos: Spread tortilla chips on the baking sheet. Top with meat, black beans, and cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
