Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the meat: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until liquid reduces.
- Assemble the nachos: Spread a layer of tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Top with meat, beans, and cheese. Repeat for another layer if desired.
- Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Add toppings: Top with pico de gallo, olives, jalapeños, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.
- Serve: Serve hot with lime wedges.
