Instructions
- Blend spirulina and coconut water: Pour the coconut water into a blender and add the spirulina powder. Blend on low for about 20 seconds until the spirulina is fully dissolved, ensuring an even mix without clumps.
- Add greens and lime juice: Add the fresh baby spinach and lime juice to the blender. Blend on medium speed for about 15 seconds until the mixture becomes smooth and the greens are evenly incorporated.
- Incorporate frozen fruits: Add the frozen mango chunks and banana (if using). Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until the smoothie is creamy and thick, achieving the desired tropical flavor and texture.
- Add chia seeds: If using chia seeds, add them now and blend briefly on low for about 10 seconds just to combine them into the smoothie without breaking them down too much.
- Adjust consistency: Check the smoothie’s thickness and adjust by adding more coconut water or mango chunks to your preferred consistency. Blend briefly if added.
