Instructions
- Prepare the Creamy Base: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add the refried beans and taco seasoning, mixing thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated to form a creamy bean mixture.
- Assemble the Dip: Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Evenly spread the bean mixture in the bottom of the dish. Then, sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the top of the bean layer.
- Bake to Perfection: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted, bubbly, and golden around the edges. Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
